Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

We offer replacements only in the following situations:

You received the wrong item.
Your order arrived damaged or defective.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Asheerah Hair has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost. Customers are responsible for complying with their country's import regulations and paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
